Wax and pole service

In the Sports Mile area, there is wax service for all athletes available. At the start, there is a last-minute wax service (polishing cold wax for skating skis, applying grip or klister wax for classic skis).

Also, there are service stalls with replacement material, for you to be able to finish the race even in case of a broken pole.

Locker rooms and showers

Locker rooms and showers are available to all participants at the Ramsau indoor pool.

Sustainable Tour de Ramsau/Dachstein

Starter bags to use again made of sustainable materials, wooden medals, reusable or recycled drinking cups.



Arriving by car

From the north and west

  • German motorway A8 direction Salzburg, in Austria, take the motoway Tauernautobahn A10. Take the exit Graz/Slowenien (Exit 63) to the Bundesstraße B99 (E651). From Radstadt follow the B320 (E651) until Schladming (23 km). From Schladming, follow the signs for Ramsau.

From the east

  • Motorway Südautobahn A2 to the interchange Seebenstein, then take the S6 until St. Michael. In St. Michael, take the motorway Phyrnautobahn A9 direction Salzburg. Exit at Liezen and take the B320 direction Salzburg until Schladming. From Schladming, follow the signs for Ramsau.

From the south

  • Motorway Tauernautobahn A10 – direction Salzburg. Take the exit Graz/Altenmarkt (Exit 63) to the Bundesstraße B99 (E651). From Radstadt follow the B320 (E651) until Schladming (23 km). From Schladming, follow the signs for Ramsau.

 



Arriving by train

All international trains stop in (EuroCity, InterCity). There are direct connections from  Salzburg, Graz, and Innsbruck. With the German Deutsche Bahn, take the ICE to Munich and from there with the EuroCity directly to Schladming. From Schladming, public Ramsau buses operated by RVB bring you up to Ramsau am Dachstein. Rental cars and taxis are also available at the Schladming train station.

Tip: many Ramsau hotels offer a free-of-charge shuttle service for guests travelling by train. Talk to your hotel.

From Salzburg Airport, you get to Ramsau am Dachstein by train, bus, or airport shuttle service in about an hour.
